Advisory Standards are awarded when a facility goes above and beyond the requirements. Dellridge Health and Rehabilitatiion also has the distinction of being rated as a 5-Star Facility by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.
“We are so proud of our staff and the care they provide,” said Anne-Marie Gauntlett, Administrator of Dellridge Health and Rehabilitation Center. “Achieving a Deficiency Free Survey with Advisory Standards as well as a 5-Star CMS Rating is quite an accomplishment. It is a credit to our staff and the owners of our family owned facilities.”
