Dellridge Did It Again!

For the 3rd Time!

Dellridge Health & Rehabilitation Center receives a Deficiency Free Survey with Advisory Standards from NJ Department of Health

Nursing facilities are inspected yearly by the NJ Department of Health and Senior Services to ensure that the facility is in compliance with federal and state regulations. Inspection surveys are conducted onsite over a several day period. The inspection team evaluates all aspects of resident care and nursing facility procedures and practices, assessing facility compliance with more than 1,500 specific state and federal standards.

Dellridge Health and Rehabilitation Center was found to be 100% in compliance and was issued a Deficiency Free Survey with Advisory Standards. Advisory Standards are awarded when a facility goes above and beyond the requirements. Dellridge Health and Rehabilitatiion also has the distinction of being rated as a 5-Star Facility by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid.

“We are so proud of our staff and the care they provide,” said Anne-Marie Gauntlett, Administrator of Dellridge Health and Rehabilitation Center. “Achieving a Deficiency Free Survey with Advisory Standards as well as a 5-Star CMS Rating is quite an accomplishment. It is a credit to our staff and the owners of our family owned facilities.”
